The new Bistro 310 was two years in the planning and is a dream come true for Chef Jeff Maiani. It encompasses a state-of-the-art kitchen, elegant dining areas and a
casual pub featuring a menu with Irish nuances. With the pub, Chef Maiani is able to celebrate his Irish heritage. Located in the Entertainment District, Bistro 310 was
designed with the arts in mind. Works by local and regional artists hang in the dining areas and music by local musicians will occasionally fill the air of the outdoor
dining section. Local and regional artists featured include Bob Anderson, Dixie Ferrer, Ann Ryan Miller, Nell Devitt, Marilyn Brackney and Dave Harrell.
The French cuisine and variety of techniques introduced by his training and travels are evident on the restaurants menus. Ever changing selections introduce seasonal
ingredients and the enhanced wine list provides customers the opportunity to experience wines which complement the cuisine as well as offer a story of the individuals who
make it. Recently, Chef Maiani became a member of The Slow Food Movement (www.slowfood.com) and will proudly present locally grown ingredients. Founded in 1989, The Slow
Food Movement believes everyone has a fundamental right to pleasure and consequently the responsibility to protect the heritage of food, traditions, and cultures that makes
this pleasure possible.
